그 다름 속의 울림은 새로운 예술의 언어를 만들어냅니다.
《PARISSEOUL》은 한국과 프랑스 작가들이
각자의 시간과 감각으로 풀어낸 작업을 통해
동시대 예술이 지닌 보편성과 다양성,
그리고 국경을 넘어선 감성의 연결 가능성을 모색합니다.
이번 전시는 단순한 교류를 넘어,
서로 다른 문화가 예술이라는 이름 아래 공존하고
또 하나의 호흡으로 이어질 수 있음을 확인하는 자리입니다.
프랑스를 대표하는 세계적 작가 5인—
모레노 핀카스(Moreno Pincas), 프랑스 국립예술원 회원으로 유럽 현대회화의 거장,
알랑 본네프아(Alain Bonnefoit), 누드화의 대가로 유럽 전역에서 사랑받는 작가,
폴 알렉시(Paul Alexis), 추상과 감성의 경계를 넘나드는 조형예술가,
미쉘 주엔느(Michel Jouenne), 프랑스 회화 아카데미의 중심 인물,
제랄드 갈-량(Gérald Garand), 룩셈부르크 정원을 모티브로 한 독창적 세계관의 작가—의 참여는
이번 전시에 깊이와 품격을 더합니다.
그들의 작품은 파리의 정수이자,
국경을 넘어 감성을 건네는 예술의 언어로 작용합니다.

Where the gazes of Seoul and Paris intersect,
a new language of art emerges from their differences.
《PARISSEOUL》 brings together artists from Korea and France,
each presenting works born of their own time, perspective, and sensibility.
Through these diverse expressions, the exhibition explores the universality of contemporary art,
its multiplicity, and the emotional connections that transcend borders.
More than a cultural exchange, this exhibition is a shared breath—
a moment where different cultures coexist under the name of art.
The participation of five world-renowned French artists—
Moreno Pincas, a member of the French National Academy and a master of European modern painting;
Alain Bonnefoit, beloved across Europe for his sensual nudes;
Paul Alexis, a sculptor whose work bridges abstraction and emotion;
Michel Jouenne, a leading figure in the Académie des Beaux-Arts; and
Gérald Garand, known for his poetic reinterpretations of the Luxembourg Gardens—
adds depth and distinction to the exhibition.
Their artistic languages embody the essence of Paris
and offer a sensibility that resonates beyond borders.
